Huszár van De Stijl

In the ‘100 years De Stijl’ year 2017 the Stadsmuseum Harderwijk is organizing a retrospective exhibition completely dedicated to the visual artist Vilmos Huszár (Budapest 1884 – Harderwijk 1960), one of the cofounders of the art movement De Stijl. From the 1930’s untill his death in 1960 he lived and worked in the village Hierden situated near to Harderwijk.

De kunst van het kijken

Schilderijen van De Vischpoort en de Grote Kerk uit Harderwijk zijn te zien op de tentoonstelling van Maarten ‘t Hart. Kijk door de ogen van Maarten dan hoor je ergens ver weg kerkgezang en zeemansliederen. Tijdens de tentoonstelling is ook werk van Annelies ‘t Hart te zien. Zij toont haar minutieus getekende stillevens en bloemencomposities.

Images in the courtyard

Under the title De Basis, depicted in bronze, are the images of Relinde Kattenberg in the inner courtyard of the Stadsmuseum. Relinde works in Harderwijk, as a car actress she creates her images from a remarkable view of life.
